• The training course is addressed to women and it responds to their needs, and the most common problems and obstacles women may encounter in their interactions with the outside world. The course will teach them to tackle obstacles and work toward their own goals.
• The training course is based on the original “Leadership by APQ” programme by Andrzej Cichocki designed especially for shaping strong personalities, as well as building and strengthening leadership skills.
• An additional merit of the training course is the methodology used which permits women understand the male perspective and, in consequence, to better communicate with the masculine world both in life and in the business milieu.
